This is also when we will tailor your treatment  plan.

Follow up sesssions will either be for 55 minutes or longer depending on your requirements. This is something we will discuss at each consultation to ensure you get the most beneficial therapy session.

This often depands on the length of time you have had your symptoms.

I always advise that you budget for 4 initial sessions  then we can evaluate your progress.
